Therefore the two seperate cost components of a Landscape proposal will be Design and Consultation Service and the Construction of the scheme itself. Once a final draft is complete for the proposed works a pricing schedule is drawn up, the Client may decide to further the budget to enhance the scheme somewhat, or even cut out various elements of the scheme to save money. At this stage of the Project, we stress, the Client may even retract from any scheme if they are in any way unsure. Only by planning the scheme the way in which All Seasons Landscapes do, are you, the Client able to determine your next step. If the Proposal and costs are agreed by the Client, normal practice is to create a payment schedule, spanning the duration of the build.
A payment schedule will consist normally of a deposit (one third of the overall budget), intermediate payment(s) and a final outstanding payment on completion.

With respect to our sale of Landscape products, we offer a delivery service from our Depot, or the Customer may request to pick the goods up themselves. Delivery is an extra charge on all small consignments of goods. We also provide an installation service for the Natural Turfgrass, Artificial Turfgrass, Instant Hedging etc. The installation costs of each particular application do vary, due to factors such as preparation and access varying from site to site.

Construction Team

Here at All Seasons Landscapes, our Construction Team can also install Block Driveways, block and brick walling with a variety of finishes, aswell as water features and stone carving and sculpture.

Garden Studios

We have also designed and constructed Garden Studios for various Clients, each one varying in size, style and facilities. Studios are much valued within the confines of a rear garden, and have proved popular in recent times.
